Could small acts of kindness change one family’s future?

We bought our three-bedroom semi-detached family home in June 2024. Like many families, a large share of our income goes towards the mortgage each month, and we would love to reduce it faster and become mortgage-free years earlier.

The page exists to explore whether small voluntary gifts can help reduce the mortgage earlier. Every contribution, even £1, may help reduce the balance.

The family remains responsible for applying gifts towards mortgage overpayments and publishing honest updates.
